Instructions 👇

1️⃣ Cook the Filling

  • Heat ½ cup oil in a pan over high heat. Add 1 kg chicken pieces and fry until golden.
  • Add 1 chopped onion, 1 red pepper, and 1 green pepper. Sauté until soft (5-7 mins).
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and curry to taste.
  • Pour in 200ml cream (or milk + cornstarch mix) and simmer 2-3 mins until thickened. Remove from heat.

2️⃣ Assemble Wraps

  • Lay out 8 tortillas. Divide the filling among them, spreading it down the center.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the filling.
  • Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.

3️⃣ Crispy Coating (Optional but Recommended!)

  • Whisk 1 egg in a bowl. Brush over the wrapped tortillas.
  • Roll the wraps in crushed corn flakes for extra crunch.

4️⃣ Cook Your Way

  • Oven Method (Best for Crispiness):
    • Preheat to 200°C (390°F).
    • Place wraps on a baking tray, seam-side down.
    • Bake 15-20 mins until golden and cheese melts.
  • Pan-Fry Method (Quick & Crispy):
    • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Place wraps seam-side down, cook 2-3 mins per side until crispy.

5️⃣ Serve Hot!

  • Slice diagonally and serve with sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce.
