- 1 cup (250g) plain yogurt
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour (+ extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the Filling:
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 1/4 cup (25g) crumbled feta (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (for brushing)

- Mix yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5 mins, cover, and rest for 30 mins.
