Creamy Milk Pudding with Jelly Topping

Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin
  • 200 grams cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Servings: 4-6 servings

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Pudding Mixture:
    • In a pot, mix the milk and sugar and heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Do not let the milk boil, just warm it enough.
    • Dilute the cream with a little milk and beat until smooth. Once the sugar is dissolved in the milk, add the cream and stir well.
    • Add the vanilla and continue stirring until everything is well combined.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin:
    • Dissolve the gelatin in a bain-marie method with 1/2 cup of water over the steam of a kettle.

  3. Chill and Set:
    • Pour one-third of the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
    • Meanwhile, dissolve the jelly powder with 1 glass of water and let it cool.
    • Remove the set pudding from the molds and pour the prepared jelly over the top.
  4. Final Touch:
    • Return the pudding to the refrigerator to allow the jelly layer to set.
    • Once the jelly is set, serve and enjoy the creamy milk pudding with a delightful jelly topping.
