  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp each: paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, cumin
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust spice)
  • 1 tbsp flour (thickener)
  • 125ml whole milk
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 150g sweetcorn
  • 100g shredded mozzarella (optional)

Bread & Coating:

  • 20-25 white bread slices (crusts removed)
  • 3 eggs + 4 tbsp milk (egg wash)
  • 150g breadcrumbs
  • Flour-water paste (sealing)
  • Oil for frying
