Lemon Glaze

  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (120g)
  • Lemon juice: 1-3 tbsp (adjust for thickness)
  • Lemon zest: 1 tbsp

1️⃣ Infuse the Sugar

  • Rub lemon zest into sugar with your fingers until fragrant.

2️⃣ Melt & Mix

  • Microwave butter + white chocolate in 15-sec bursts until smooth.
  • Whisk in sugar/zest mixture, then add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.

3️⃣ Fold Dry Ingredients

  • Gently mix in flour, salt, and baking powder (don’t overmix!).

4️⃣ Bake
