For the Shells
- Soft taco shells: 4 small
- Doritos: ¾ bag (any flavor), crushed into crumbs
- BBQ or buffalo sauce: 6 tbsp
For the Filling
- Ground beef: 500g (will have leftovers)
- Brown onion: ½, diced
- Taco seasoning: 2 tbsp
Toppings
- Shredded lettuce: 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese: ¾ cup, shredded
- Sour cream: 4 tsp
- Salsa: 4 tsp
- Fresh coriander: for garnish (optional)

1️⃣ Prep the Shells:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush Doritos into fine crumbs. Spread on a plate.
