Instructions

2. Cook the Gnocchi

- Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain gnocchi.
3. Combine & Finish
- Add gnocchi and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss 2 min until sauce thickens.
- Stir in basil (reserve some for garnish).
- Break burrata over the top, then remove from heat. Garnish with remaining basil.
